No One Who Served Should Face Pain Alone

Specialist Musculoskeletal Care for the Armed Forces Community

Our Why

We believe that no one who has served their country should have to face pain, disability, or recovery alone. Injury may end military service, but it should never end someone's opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life.

The Chavasse Clinics exist to ensure that serving personnel, veterans and their families have access to expert musculoskeletal care, compassionate support and a team that understands the unique challenges of military life.

Our Vision

A future where every member of the Armed Forces Community can access outstanding musculoskeletal care and support, wherever and whenever they need it.

Our Mission

To ensure no member of the Armed Forces Community has to fight musculoskeletal pain alone by providing specialist care, trusted advice, and holistic support throughout recovery.

Why We Exist

Every year, thousands of serving personnel leave the Armed Forces carrying injuries that remain long after their service has ended. While in service, service personnel receive excellent primary healthcare and world‑class rehabilitation. Still, since the closure of the last military hospitals in 1999, access to secondary healthcare specialists, imaging and surgery has been patchy and inconsistent.

Additionally when they leave service, often with an ongoing MSK condition, that primary healthcare support also falls away. Members of the armed forces community are too often lost in a fragmented system, facing long waits, repeating their story, and struggling without the emotional support that is essential to recovery.

Too many describe feeling lost.

The Chavasse Clinics were created to change that.

How We Help

We provide specialist musculoskeletal assessment, treatment and rehabilitation through our central clinic in Brighton and an expanding network of satellite clinics across the UK.

Our care extends beyond physical rehabilitation.

We understand that living with chronic pain affects every aspect of life, so we provide holistic support that considers physical health, emotional wellbeing and wider welfare needs.

Our team works alongside NHS services, Defence Medical Services and military charities to ensure patients receive joined-up care rather than fragmented care.

Whether you are still serving, have recently left the Armed Forces or served many years ago, we are here to help.
